Peckerwood Lake in Prairie County is fond to me. Watch out for the alligators though.

I used to live in Cabot in my teens and I always thought BeeBee or is it BeBe was so funny.

I also lived in Mass and they have a town called, "Belchertown" and "Athol" which to me sounded like someone trying to curse with a lisp. LOL

By the way, the indian word Ouachita is properly pronounced with the emphasis on the second syllable. An americanized version of the name cane be found in other states, where it's written Wichita and the pronunciation is incorrectly placed on the first syllable.

Pee Dee...I saw that one this weekend on my way to Mountain View...I'd forgotten all about it. Birdtown...and Chickalah, which is pronounced Chick ee' lah unless you're from outside Yell County, and then it can get butchered up really bad!
