All the post's in regards to west memphis are not giving you the facts--- west memphis has one of the lowest utility rates in arkansas- second highest rated fire department in state-- richland is one of the highest rated schools in state--if not why would over 100 kids from marion go to west memphis schools---it's a fact.... marion high schools has more reported acts of violence...it's a fact available from arkansas schools website. west memphis has a great sense of community. look for your self.......
