Ill tell you, nothing wrong with walmart folks, but you when you have non commissioned staff, they usually don't give a crap if you buy it or not. commissioned staff study product like a craft. Commissioned people stir you away from stuff you will bring back because they take the hit. Try asking a walmart employee about how the cashe of your computer effects you. ********* walmart for paying your people so little and screwing the rest of the industry. |

MODERATOR: Folks, there's another thread or thirteen running on Wal Mart. This particular thread was started 8 months ago by a nonmember and has been a place to condemn or defend Arkansas. Every thread cannot be about Wal Mart and the impact on the state or individuals. This thread is about quality of life...thanks...

We've been here for a little less than a month and love everything. The only negative is the chiggers who have feasted on poor hubby.
This weekend our daughter and son in law from Dallas came up to help me with our annual canning and preserving venture. They just love it here, so much, when our daughter has her annual review with her company, in the very near future she may ask to totally tela-commute. Right now she works from home 2 days a week anyway as does her husband who works for the same company. She says, because of the economy she may not see another promotion before she is elegible for retirement. If that is the case, then living here will make the next 5 to 10 years much easier for her. I want to see her get another promotion, but would sure love to have them close. They pretty much convinced us to come here. Last year we were considering a couple of other places in AR as well as OK. They fell in love with BV and the rest is history. Nita ![]() ![]() |
