Havasu will become famous soon enoughHavasu will become famous soon enough
Lake Havasu AZ had the same thing going on about 5 years ago, there were alot of California people moving to the area. I think Bella Vista is now the latest place to be. I know one person who moved there but they left AZ to go there. I have been told its a nice area and the people are friendly. Our home prices in Lake Havasu have come way way down and it looks like Bella Vista has held up pretty good. The Ca people like to move to where the next boom is.

JGAngel97 is on a distinguished road
We took the free trip not caring less what Erik Estrada was selling. We fell in love with the people and the place. It felt like home. We didn't think we would like Arkansas. Boy were we wrong. We've been looking for a place to move that had nice people and were pleased it was Bella Vista, AR.

We visited Bella Vista because of the infomercial you are talking about. The first thing I did before we left was check out prices for both lots and homes in BV at realtor.com. We wouldn't have purchased anyway due to wanting to think about if first. We were well aware of the difference of buying through "them" and through a local realtor. Thank goodness!!

The nice informecial people are not in business anymore. I don't know if this has been mentioned or not. They either closed the doors the other day or are about to.

The OP's headline asks-------"Why is everyone in California moving to Bella Vista"

--"everyone"--------isn't.

also, --everyone---in Florida is not moving to Tennessee, although it appears people on the Tennessee thread think so and ask the same question.

I thought the OP made himself clearer in his post...besides, that was like 9 months ago that he posted! He heard good things and wanted to know - and that's what we're here for, info! BV is a great place and is certainly drawing it's share of new residents - from everywhere - probably even some folks settling there from Florida...(but just the ones that didn't go to TN).

well they own several lots in our neighborhood and we have been told (hear say mind you, which isn't always reliable) we can probably buy the lot next door for nothing but back taxes. Maybe we should give it a try.....
