I'm a new reporter in El Dorado, Arkansas. I am looking for story ideas! You know, compelling ideas that people want to see! Anyone have any ideas?

keeping with the "spirit" of this site, write a story about El Dorado on why people are moving there (and from where they came from )
You could also find people who are leaving and write about why they are leaving ( and where they are going)

Human interest stories are always nice to read in a paper.

I agree with marmac. You could also get with the chamber of commerce and come up with some ideas to attract businesses to the area, lord knows we have places to put them. I love and miss my hometown and after my career is over with i'm moving back.
