Hi Everyone!

I currently live in Colorado and clean windows for a living. Considering relocation to either Little Rock or NW Arkansas. My concern is whether there are sufficient number of the newer type of large homes that have many large windows. Looking at realtor websites, it appears that most are "hip roof" homes with few windows. The ideal home is the large 2 story home with 2 levels of large windows and arch windows.

I appreciate and thank you for helping me.

tom

A very large proportion of homes in Arkansas are ranch style. We usually don't need to build up here to get the square footage with relatively cheap land. Little Rock seems to have more 2 story homes than say NWA, I think... But even then, it's not a whole lot. Colonials aren't popular here, thankfully.

Default You can get what you want

I live in west little rock and there are plenty of options here right now, with a lot of foreclosures and deals to be had. In west little rock, if you can afford a $200,000 to $600,000 home, you have a pretty good chance to get a good house. I live in a 4000 sq. foot house that has a great view of Pinnacle Mt. that I purchased for under $500,000. You can catch some great deals with a good realtor and some good vision.

The OP wasn't looking for a home to buy per se, but trying to find out if there are enough homes of a certain type to support his business!
