Default flood insurance!!!!
Is flood insurnace something folks in Arkansas or Little Rock area need or buy?

You can have piece of mind for less then a dollar a day. The price is set according to coverage.
I am not in a flood plain but I get it every year. Things are changing and areas that never flooded now do where I live.
You can go to floodsmart.gov. and estimate your cost. To me it is worth the cost.

Not many places in the Little Rock Metro that flood. I wouldn't worry about it unless it is determined that you are in a flood hazard zone, like half of Sherwood.
