Default Tornadoes in Bentonville

The weather channel is reporting 3 tornadoes in Bentonville and the local paper is calling it 3 wind storms. Wonder which is was.
Apparently some damage and some taken to the hospital.

According to Channel 5, 3 tornadoes with 10 touchdowns. Very, very minor tornadoes, some trees uprooted, some roof damage, one house had a tree fall on it. But in Benton County as a whole, not just Bentonville.

Not a clue.

I know a tornado killed one man and injured someone else, and damages 40 homes or so about 8-9 miles north of my house.

Appleton, I think it was?

I don't think Benton County got more than some minor cosmetic damage, but I could be wrong.

A couple of years ago there was some real tornado damage in Bentonville, which was the first time it's happened in my time here since 1975. The other night there were touchdowns near Rainbow Curve and out near Hiwasse. The only real damage around here was in northeast Benton County in the Gann Ridge Road area between Pea Ridge and Seligman, Missouri. Let's face it--tornadic activity is on the rise nationwide and it's now happening in a lot of places that it didn't happen before.
