Mena, Arkansas tornado 4-9-2009
I don't want to bum everyone out after all those beautiful photos but here's real life in Arkansas. Our house is okay. The damage came to within 50 yrds. of our house.

Man, that's awful Slingshot. We where told to take cover in our little town twice the same night this happened. I've seen similar destruction in Mt. View and a path from Shreveport. La. to Magnolia, Ar. and in Benton, La. We have possible tornadoes here in north Louisiana today. I would like to wish y'all a quick recovery on the terrible mess mother nature left y'all with. Has there been any thing set up for people to help out in this very awful time?

It is amazing how everyone has come together to help out. We will be okay. Also, My wife's sister lives almost across the street from Barksdale AFB in Bossier City, La. where there was a tornado almost at the same time we were having ours. What are the odds of that? 2 sisters. 2 tornados. 2 different states. 2 hours apart.

Yeah, that don't happen to often I bet. We are about 60 miles east of there in Haynesville. Also, have a place in Pangburn, AR.

I guess I'd want to live in a cave though. Huh? I am so sorry to see and hear of the storms. I hope all are okay. People, pets and wild animals.
