West Central is lined with redbud trees. The blooms might last only a week or so, but it's something when they're all out.

The Benton County Courthouse is on the east side of the town square.

Businesses line the other sides of the square, which is a park-like setting that the city has made a wi-fi hotspot. When the weather is warmer people hang around up there into the night.

Now known as Old High Middle School, this school on Second Street was modeled after one in Little Rock.

The old Massey Hotel was used as the city library until the new one opened last year. Right now it is used as a temporary gallery housing some stuff for the Crystal Bridges Art Museum that is currently under construction on North J Street.

A sticky thread will stay at the top of the state forum and will not move down the page as people post to it.

An old thread is one that is...old. You would most likely find the older threads on back pages. Go to the top of this page where it says Arkansas. Click that on. All recent topics that people have talked about are listed. The old "threads", or older topics of conversation, will be on the pages that follow. You may access those pages by scrolling to the bottom of this page...you will see the old page numbers across the bottom right of the screen.
