Default Bentonville Preschools?

My family is relocating to Arkansas this coming summer. I was wondering if anybody could highly recommend some preschools in the Bentonville/Rogers area? I have done some research but am still not finding enough info. I am interested in a school that deals with the Preschool aspect more than the Daycare aspect. And what are the tuition costs about?
We are Catholic so I am also interested in a good Church also. I've seen info on St. Vincents de Paul. Any recommendations?

I appreciate any info! I have been lurking for a while and enjoy this forum very much! I'm sure I will be back with more questions the closer we get!

Janine

For Catholic churches, you have St. Vincent de Paul in Rogers and St. Stephens in Bentonville. SVdP has a school (pre-K thru 8th) attached so some B-ville families attend there because of that.

Preschools can be a little tougher. There's a nice Montessori school in B-ville called Walnut Farm Montessori. Other selection you might check out (google) is the Helen Walton Childrens Center. The school district just opened a new school in January. Let me post back with the name of it (when I remember).

Yea, okay, it's called the Early Childhood Learning Center. It's brand spanking new this month (this area really needs some quality pre-K programs).

(hopefully that links for you)

Thank you so much Oy Vey! I will check that out. I found one called Shining Stars in Rogers(inside First Bapist) that looks promising. I requested some info. Have you ever heard of it? I have no idea how far it really is from Rogers. My husband says not too far. So we'll see. I'm going down for the first time next month so I'll get a better idea.

Central Child Care Center in Rogers is wonderful for both daycare and pre-school. They are on New Hope Road in Central United Methodist Church. In Bentonville I hear great things about the Children's Hour.

Another school that you might want to check out is Ambassadors for Christ Academy in Bentonville. They are Pre-K thru 12th grade. We are Catholic also and love this school. It is a Christian based school. My oldest daughter was in the 1st Pre-K class last year and is in Kindergarten this year. Next year (Aug. 08), I will have one in Pre-K and one in 1st grade. Basic religion is taught, children memorize Bible verses, and they have Chapel on Thurs. They do have open enrollment going on right now. Good luck on your search!
