Default I may have asked this, but can you tell me which are the nicest Fayetteville neighborhoods?

Thanks for your help. The only thing we are not considering is brand new cookie cutter neighborhoods.

Hmm..there is a beautiful area out by Wilson Park..I knew some people that lived out there and the houses are so nice. There are trees everywhere...you could just jog up and down these areas and not have any problems...I was there in the Fall and I went walking through there and the leaves fall all through the streets...I am so sorry I cannot remember street names but Just about anywhere near the park is great.Def not brand new cookie cutter like you said...very different,safe...just nice area all around...

Savanna estates is a really nice neighborhood my parents and some friends live there, but there are very few open plots of land left. However, many nice houses are for sale, as the neighborhood is less than 15 years old. There is an endless supply of other neighborhoods similar to savanna that are also new and nice, such as Candlewood, Brookbury, etc etc. These neighborhoods are all off of Crossover (HWY. 265) close to the intersection of it and Old Wire Road. Hope this helps! (If my info is a bit off i'm sorry lol, its been a couple years since i've lived in fayetteville, but lived there till i was 18 so i think i'm close! ) oh i didn't notice you said not brand new cookie cutter at the begginning...sorry i haven't had much sleep lately lol so if these aren't what you're lookin for i'm sorry! You might find some of the old neighborhoods closer to the square what you are lookin for!
