We are looking at HSV but then really liked the crime stats on BV and ES. Seems to be very safe areas. Can anyone who knows tell me the pros and cons and differences between HSV and BV

Aren't the crime stats good in HSV also?

you are going to get a better response if you ask this on the NWA sub forum I think. Now, that being said let me fill you in as I see it and I am not using any posted stats, just my opinion.

Of course living in BV I am a little partial. HSV is behind gates, BV isn't. There is one section of BV that used to be, but that is long gone, overall the city is open.

BV has better medical facilities in our opinion and closer to really good shopping and entertainment, but no better or maybe not as good as HSV if you are talking about within a mile or so.

The POA fees are lower. And I believe the home prices are lower.

The weather is going to be cooler in the winter, probably in the summer as well cause it is further north. Depending on what you want, this can be good or bad.

Though I am not one to take studies and stats too seriously, BV is often listed as one of the top places in the country for retireees, for healthy living, low crime, whatever.

Hope this helps you some.
