Thanx.
Fayetteville is in Washington county, a wet county and they have lots of live music on Dickson street. I am not sure about Benton county. If you are talking about the River Valley area, I think there is one or two places in Ft. Smith, but outside of that I would say that is the driest area in the state.

I know its dry, but it is called the "wettest dry county" due to the number of private establishments that are there.

We have heard that as well. When we moved to Lewisville, TX in 1988 it, along with most of No Texas was dry, but like Benton County $5 got you a card. The problem was, you had to have a card for every establishment. Then, they changed and the Unicard worked everywhere. We still couldn't buy booze, even wine by the package. I think that is more what I was thinking about when I said dry. Being from Ca originally wine is our drink of choice most of the time. We keep it in the house all the time.

Nita

ps now I think I will go myself a glass.

Well my daughter would go for the Kindall Jackson as well, me too or Linderman's. When I feel cheap I bring out the 2 buck Chuck which isn't in Arkansas yet. I don't do the Zinfandel though, give me Pino Gregio (spelling) or a nice red.
