What part of AR are you looking at?
Northwest, northeast.. |

I think you will find many similarities in northern Arkansas and where you live now. Mountains lakes and streams. There are probably more job opportunities in northern Arkansas than in northeast kentucky. I may suggest that you look into the following towns. Harrison, Mtn. Home, Fayetteville, Bentonville or Ft Smith. The schools in these towns are probably no better or worse than any other town and there are plenty of recreational opportunities for you and the boys. I dont think it would too much trouble finding work as a bus driver. Good luck no matter what you decide!

+1 on the NW part of the state. Lt. Dan said it well. There are some large school districts, so you should be able to find work. Best of luck.

Don't waste a move. I know Central Arkansas/River Valley and Southcentral/Southeast Kentucky are almost the same. At least to me. I've lived in both places about 4-5 years each.
