I lived up north (in Cali) for a while and I loved having the conveniences of a city but living in a small town. (ok I realize 40,000 isn't small by Ark standards, but I'm from L.A. I'm trying)
 It is a diverse community completely surrounded by nature and very green and I loved it. I'm hoping to find something similar in Arkansas.
