I think this would be a really good thing for the city of russellville, but i wonder if the Abc will aprove them, but they have some pretty big backers on their side, and you know the mayor and local goverment will step in soon and also have their say,

It ain't the mayor that's going to fuss so hard...it's the sheriff. Jay Winters makes no bones about it - he wants NO more alcohol in Pope County than is already here. I don't know if the mayor, Tyrone Williamson, ever even spoke out about the convention center thing. Probably did - it is one of those topics that makes everyone talk.

yeah, im really happy that he said he was not going to run for the office again, but ive not heard of anyone yet wanna to try to run for it, but i hope its not someone who just thinks more of the same
