SID is similar to an HOA assessment and I never hears of SID selling foreclosed properties.

If it was county taxes, it would be handled through the Commissioner of State Lands (COSL). Maybe it was the SID? There is NO WAY a title company should have missed either.

Enlighten me .
BVV & HSV sell property that they've foreclosed on for non-payment of POA assessments. They have to go through Circuit Court to get title.
