Yes you can wear a bandana, a cowboy hat, a John Deere baseball cap. No one will care. However, in Little Rock I would NOT recommend wearing any bandana red or blue or black.

I don't think he has any intentions of moving to AR. If he does, it may not be the best fit for him. I am sure, assuming he is even 1/2 for real there might be a better place for him to live. Of course he has to be able to have enough money to live until he gets approved for all sorts of government assistance.
