Thanks Phlinak, for your reply to the person that said how did people know that we are a couple. It is just like your comment stated. Oh lets see, it could be because when two people love each other alot it shows in their eyes and their expressions. We do not flaunt being gay in other peoples faces, but we do not try to hide our love for each other either. We are also not ashamed of being gay or for loving each other for over 19 years. And yes we are married and don't forget that you always know an old married couple because of the way they argue. LOL

I do know a lot about both those states and given that the OP was heavy into her sexual orientation I thought, and think, she should consider the beautiful Asheville area which is very friendly to all lifestyles. I have family members who are gay/lesbian and concur with my statement.

I trust this helps your curiosity. I think it is always appropriate to throw out alternative scenarios. Now, had I tried to change the subject then that is another matter.

I also thought of Asheville as I was thinking about Tennessee.

Then maybe you should have said that, instead of driving by
and taking what appeared to be a potshot.

That is your opinion. I, too, checked out your other posts. I recommend others do so as well.

I also recommend others check out my previous posts.

Any questions, ask away.
I am pretty open about my beliefs.

Just some random thoughts/opinions:

Fayetteville is very accepting of LGBT.

TN and AR are beautiful states and have great areas to live, work, and retire.

Have always wanted to check out Chattanooga, it looks like a really cool town.

NWA will most likely pay more than Hot Springs.

Good luck with your search!
Nadal thanks for giving us a good laugh when you said that you were not able to read all my post because your eyes got to tired. My spouse fell out laughing because she has been telling me things like that for years. When she got home from work, before she even read it she said you didn't write a book did you.

We know Arkansas is more conservative just like Louisiana. That is why we are asking about good places to live. We are not moving out of Louisiana because we are gay. We are only moving out of Louisiana because of all the floods and hurricanes. So why would you ever suggest Florida where it still floods alot and has hurricanes just like we do.
Also why would you suggest California with earthquakes. We are southern women and love the deep south way of life. We also love the southern people and hospitality. Believe it or not we can be gay and conservative and even christian all at the same time. We would not fit in to the California way of living and we would definitely not be happy there. We are only interested in moving to Arkansas or Tennessee.
But thank you for your help anyway
