Fayetteville is an awesome town! It's about as diverse culturally as you'll find in Arkansas because of the university. There are plenty of other Indians there as well as many other nationalities. The cost of living is high compared other places in Arkansas but still low nationally. You'll be able to buy a home pretty quickly if you want to and a nice apartment should also be pretty affordable. There are lots of outdoor activities from mountain biking, hiking, fishing, etc. It's hard for me to give any cons about the area other than it may seem pretty small to you compared to where in Colorado you're coming from.
