The WCSC is an amazing event. You get to watch 50 of the world's best steak cookers prepare 5,000 rib eye steaks, eat one from your favorite grill (if you order tickets early enough) and the go to a free Kenny Chesney concert. The cookoff has been featured twice on the Food Network. You can check their web site to see when the 2006 festival show is rebroadcast.
The Magnolia Blossom Festival is clearly one of Arkansas' premier festivals.
