Hi, everyone,

Well, after a long time of dreaming, we are finally moving to Arkansas, renting in Fort Smith for a year, and looking for our forever home somewhere in NWA over the year to come. The details of our journey from my original step into the forums and now are long and boring... but I do have a couple of questions for anyone who lives in/near Fort Smith.

Was told I have two choices for Internet - AT&T or Cox. Anyone with experience with these? I work from home, and need fast, reliable Internet service. We're still debating on the TV service. We have mobile DISH from our RV years, and can re-hook that if we choose, but may go with a bundled service of Internet/TV. Haven't had a wired phone in so long, not sure what I'd do if we did, so not worried about that, or even VoIP (digital) phone.

The rest - it appears there is only one choice of provider for each for water/sewer/trash, gas, and electric, so kind of a moot point. But if anyone's willing to share a typical bill or billing range, it would give us the ability to budget a little better.

Really appreciate any information you can share.
