Hi I will be new to the area. My husband and I will be up there soon as he returns from MPLS. We bought property on Sleepy Hollow the new addition. I have just started research on the area and I do enjoy the outdoors very much and can not wait to see our future home. We did buy ours on auction a quick claim deed. It is 90ft X 150 ft. And of coarse wooded. We plan on leaving as much nature as possible and plan to build a quante cottage or comfortable challet. I would never live in an over run busy area. I know we are close to the airport . I would not know how busy that is but I hope it is quiet. Maybe if anyone can tell me more about my location, it would help. It is at the corner of Lansing and at Robin Hood. At the border it looks, of Ivory county. We are from FL and have lived here for 18 yrs in a small golf community. So as well, we wish not to have developement in the area. We are in our 40s and our daughter in now in college to become a biology proffessor. I am an avid angler and can not wait to see the fishing grounds I can explore. I am a home engineer. JK. Well, I design my husband builds. Im an executive accountant and my husband builds reflection ponds for developments, cities, and state contracts. We where wishing to buy land around us so it does not get developed. We just do not know what is available next to us to purchase? Any remarks or help contact me at seaturtle069@netzero.net. Maybe I will be able to meet some of u soon. Take care: The FL Newies P.S. How would I be able to have someone put a no tresspassing sign or no hunting sign up until we get there? We just hope that no one gets hurt or goes on it until we can see it in it's original state.
