Need rental house in Rogers area
Moving from Charlotte NC to Rogers area Arkansas for a new job. Looking for a house to rent that is about 2000 sq ft with at least 3 bedrooms and is no more than $1300 a month. Looking to move into house at the end of May (I have renters moving into my home here June 1st). If anyone has any recommendations about property managers, private owners looking to rent their home, etc., pm me. We have 3 kids and a cat and small dog. Husband just moved into a one bedroom last week on a 3 month lease and started work. I am not too familiar with the area but he will be working at various locations in the Rogers area, so I am not to sure about what location is better than another. One office he will be at is in Lowell, another is in Springdale, another is in Rogers just west of 540 (near New Hope Dr) and another is about an hour out of town.

I don't know of any specific houses, but I don't think you will have any problems finding a nice home that fits your budget. There seem to be plenty of them. As far as locations- I don't know of any part of Rogers that is "bad".
