There's nothing really to reveal about a county. It's a rural area, nice lakes. Was there something specific you were looking for? Have you visited the area before?

Is that area a flood zone or a wildfire area?

Being that it's a lot of rural areas, there will be very limited rentals available. Cheaper than what?

Land is fine for gardening.

Sales tax is determined by towns, in or out town limits, etc. Once you know where you'd live and where you would shop you can look it up.

There aren't many flood zones in that area. Not even sure if there are any. Wildfires aren't a serious threat.

Not that I can think of. Yellville is a nice area.

Why were you concerned about rent prices if you're paying cash for a house? You're moving there and found a house but have never visited the area? What made you choose that area?

We were debating on renting in the area first because there are six of us and we were not finding anything big enough apartment wise. then we found the house we fell in love with but if it sells before we get to visit in August, then we will still come to AR and see the area. WE just like Marion County is all it is.....

You're rather confusing. How do you know you like Marion county if you've never been there and know very little about it?

There is exactly one apartment complex in Yellville and it's low-income housing. This is not an apartment living community.

It's not like we have never been there before, you just assume that. we haven't considered moving there until this year.
