Default best area in fayetteville for family to rent

Thinking of narrowing search for rental to Fayetteville. Is any area or zip code better than another? We have 3 kids and rental range is up to $1300 minimum of 1700 sq feet.

One of Fayetteville's positives is its low crime. $1300 is high rent in Arkansas. You can probably find something decent for cheaper than that.

There really isn't a "bad area" of Fayetteville. So if you find a house you like, you will be fine.

We have 3 kids and most homes that are above 1700 sq feet are about $1000-1400.
