Default Stonebridge Meadows golf fayetteville subdivision

There is a subdivision across 16 from Stonebridge Meadows golf club. Would the subdivision be attracting more retirees or families? I am looking for home in subdivision with families (other kids, etc). Thanks

Stonebridge seems to be more of a family neighborhood than a 'retiree area on the course' ... not that it necessarily matters, but I believe that neighborhood is in Elkins school district (not Fayetteville).

Stonebridge is in Fayetteville. Its primarily families. ITs in the Fayetteville School District. Happy Hollow Elementary is a continous learning calendar, the only one in Fayetteville as of now, Asbell is suppose to start on the west side. Ramay JR. High and Fayetteville High. ITs fayetteville water and sewer. PRices range from mid to upper200s to low 300s. there's a few more pricy and across 16 there are some 130's to 220's range homes.

I stand corrected - Stonebridge is within the Fayetteville school district.

I will say that even though the NW section of Fayetteville is currently the hotbed for development, there is a finite amount of land available in the NW corner of the city - - so IMO the next area of Fayetteville that will see major growth and development will be the SE section of town in the area where Stonebridge is located ... could be a great time to purchase a home or property in that area of Fayetteville.
