Default Subdivision in Fayetteville

Hello. I would greatly appreciate any opinions and/or suggestions regarding subdivisions that would be a nice place to buy a house in Fayetteville. I would be willing to spend around $350,000. Thanks in advance.

My favorite is Savanna, but i think nowadays the prices are possibly higher than what you are willing to spend. Houses that cost $250,000 to build when it was first opened now go for in the $400,000's. For example, the lot(just the lot, no house) next to my parents house went for like $125,000. That being said, you just have to find the right deal, and not go for one of the massive houses. Others like Brookbury, Candlewood, etc also offer excellent housing, but some are getting pricey.
