Is there a customary sellers cost when selling property in Arkansas?

I think it may vary around the state, but typically in Little Rock the Seller pays...
all of the termite inspection (including 1-year policy for buyer), half of the tax stamps, half of the title company closing fee, half of the title company doc prep fee. There are other fees the seller typically pays, including all of the seller's title insurance, a 'tax report' fee, and a recording fee. |

I'm a Realtor and yes thats pretty well correct here in NWA as well. The buyer and seller usually split the closing costs unless otherwise specified in the contract.
