Smile Thinking about moving to the Fayetteville Area

Hey guys, new around here. I found this forum on a search engine, and it seemed pretty helpful. Anyhow, me and a buddy are wanting to move to the Fayetteville are in about a year. I'm hoping to get into U of A's MBA program. Ive been looking for some two bedroom apartments to rent. I'm really looking for a two bedroom apartment, preferably with all utilities paid in a semi-decent neighborhood. Our budget will probably be between 600 and 700 a month for rent, and we are willing to live withing 20 or so miles of Fayetteville. IN Fayetteville or Springdale would be nice, but Farmington, rogers, prairie Grove is an option. If any of you have any ideas I would appreciate it.. Thanks

you shouldn't have any problems finding something that you like in your price range. As for all utilities that might not be as easy. You may need to spend a little less on the apartment to allow for utilities. Of course water is usually included.
