Default real estate commissions NWA

Hello,

I am looking into selling some property (land) near yellville and live out of state. Any comments on what I can expect with regard to realtor commission and title insurance.

Any input is appreciated.

Shellseeker. Realtor commissions can be anywhere from 4-10% of the sales price. This will pay for both sides of a transaction (listing and selling side). But there is no set commission, it just depends on the broker. Title insurance could be anywhere from $150 and up...it all depends on the price of the property and how the buyer and seller agree to do it.
I am a Realtor in Fayetteville, a couple of hours west of Yellville, so things may be a little different in Marion County.
Moderator cut: edit I grew up in Yellville (go Panthers!!) Moderator cut: edit Thanks. Lee Bramell

I'm also a Realtor, if the property is out in the sticks the commission could be as high as 10%, but to be honest with you I think thats too high...

I am a Realtor in Mountain Home. Commission is always negotiable, but being land in Yellville. Chances of someone taking the listing for less than 10 % would be doubtful.
