It seems to me that Fayetteville is a more expensive rental market for homes than Bentonville? This is just my initial impression from searching online for 3 or 4 bedroom homes about 1700 to 2000 sq ft. I have seen several for $950ish in Bentonville whereas equivalent home in Fayville seems to be $1200 a month. My main concern with Bentonville is that I may incur a larger gas bill living up there getting to things.

I am sure that can be owed to Fayetteville having the U of A.
