I have land in both Pope and Van Buren counties, and was considering leasing the mineral rights. Does anyone know the going rate, or what I should expect to be offered per acre? Thanks, any input would be appriciated!

I don't know I am just wondering if anyone can give me an idea as to what to expect there per acre and royalty as well. I really wouldn't know a good deal if they offered it!! haha

Have you had your property independently assayed yet to determine if you have any potential mineral value? Seems to me that would be a good first step.

I do remember the comments I heard referred to the royalties one should receive and said some companies are only paying about 12% and it should be closer to 25%. this means nothing to us. Nit a |
