I am at a lost on advise to give a friend. She is a single mother w/ a new infant and she lives in a horrible area in "west memphis" the yucky side of arkansas. The area she lives is poor and has no real jobs available. I am looking for resources that can help her relocate to a city and start a new job. she needs help and i feel she is loosing hope. If you have any information please let me know. i am feeling desperate and worry for my god-daughter. she is so far away i dont know how to help.

You don't say what she is qualified to do, where she would like to go, what she is looking for in lifestyle or income...kind of at a loss to help with no more info than you have provided. Hints?
