Default Brit thinking of moving to Fayetteville

We have an opportunity to move to Fayetteville next year. My husband currently visits regularly and desperately wants to come but I have only been out once, a few weeks ago and what I saw I liked. BUT, in order to make a HUGE decision I would like to see if I can get some real information of just how life is living in Fayetteville. We have an 8 year old child so schooling is an issue, we live in Britain so I think our property prices here should enable us to purchase something reasonable but I shall initially be an "at home" mum and as I currently work for myself and am very independant - what would it be like for me?, would there be enough to keep me from missing home. Can anyone give me some insight - good and bad by the way - no rose tinted glasses. For one thing I know the weather is much better than over here CH

Hi there, we have two horses here in England so any spare time I have, which is not a lot really, I spend with them.
