Default Job Search Engine in Russellville

Where do people in this area search for employment? Seeing as how I am quite a distance away (yet yearn to once again be back in my hometown) how may I begin any sort of search?

For instance, the local newspaper where I live now utilizes Careerbuilder, but when I go to that site for jobs in the River Valley, the only options are work-from-home sites and being a CNA, both in which I have no experience.

What are the major corporations who hire? I am more than willing to send my resume to a number of places who may or may not post hirings.

Thanks ahead of time!

Oddly enough, and somewhat ironic, most just use the newspaper, The Courier, for local jobs. Or the local employment office. I say ironic, because you show your occupation as a newspaper reporter. Here's a link to the online version.

The Courier, Russellville, Ark.

Good luck and let us know if you find something.

Thanks, BW. I had forgotten that my job was listed as such. I nearly took a position with the Courier, if you must know, but I had to put the job search on hold due to a family matter. I guess if something happens and I do take it, I can ask them to promote a better job search engine.

Again, thanks for answering me back. Sorry it has taken so long for me to send this thanks back to you.

Sure. Good luck to you. I think you'll like Russellville. My daughter lived there for awhile and it was always fun to visit and go see Mt. Nebo.

Also try the nuclear plant? Seems they are always hiring for something. So is the Courier...always...
