I think a Russellville boom would be pretty cool.
They have a trade college I think so that means available skilled labor. I think a lot of companies might look a the place as a compromise between somewhere like California and moving there operation overseas if given a chance. I think thats what happened at my company in Fort Smith, they shut down there other operations and moved everything here. They say it is because we are such great workers but I have a suspicion it may have something to do with the fact that we are willing to work for less.
Just a thought, I'm not an economic expert.
