Default Okolona, Clark County Timberland. A good deal?

I see that LandWatch has 160 acres of rolling land that looks to be cut-over and has an old deer camp on it for 1K an acre. Moderator cut: edit I would appreciate anyone who has info about Okolona or Clark County. It seems like a good deal for possible investment. Can anyone help me out? I would love to hear from an actual Okolona resident or anyone near there. I assume the mineral rights are reserved and not conveyed. But I am only interested in surface rights. Do trees grow fast in that area? I have some timberland south of Shreveport so am not a total novice to that general area. But I have never been up there. Thanks.
