yep, it is on its way and should start in BV about 10am. We will have a mixture of everything. Then tomorrow it turns to snow. They were saying last night, the accumulation isn't going to be as bad as some are predicting. The area that will really get hit with ice or at least it appears that way is Little Rock. We have a couple of errands we need to get done before it hits. The worst part is the temps are predicted to stay way below freezing for the next 4 or 5 days. Of course we know, that means very little will melt.

It's 13 below zero this morning with 16" of snow and freezing fog. Oh how I hated those southern ice storms. Stay warm and safe.

wow, you do the same.

Now, to make your day, it looks like our basketball team is going to be pretty good this year. Hopefully followed by a decent football season next fall.

Good to hear, of course I'll never get to watch the basketball team here unless they make it to March Madness. Same with Hogs Baseball.

Maybe they will surprise us all;

Now, for the latest weather update, it is still snowing but it supposed to stop around 2pm. The temps will stay low, but by Sunday it might actually get above freezing, they are predicting 31 degrees Sunday. All I want is enough sunshine to melt the damn snow enough that we won't have trouble getting to the airport on Monday.

Jim, I was just about to say the same thing. We are back from our cruise, and today will be very busy for us. I am having the family for our traditional Christmas eve...thank God we have a wonderful daughter. We came home to a spotless house, thanks to her; she hired a cleaning crew to do, what is called a deep clean. Now I am afraid to touch anything.

ok, just checked the temps here and it is a blazing 12 degrees. I can live with this, but OMG, on Monday I have to take hubby back to have stitches taken out and the high is going to be 16, low 5 or so we are being told. I know, I am the one that loves winter, but I have had enough. Now, it is time for spring!!!
