The situations we discussed changing your plans or something in the area?
This is a beautiful time to be here, albeit for the rain, but that has brought about the bright foliage.
that's what I'm calling my yard right now.
Bright foliage.

No, just thinking about the proximity to medical facilities. May like to drop down to Calico Rock or over to Mountain Home....Age is showing some needs...

I hear ya, and that's been the chat of many in that area.
I've been mainly using White river in Batesville for full facilities, but a lot in Fulton use either Salem, Calico Rock, or mountain home.
My internist, who I don't want to lose, had a satellite office in Melbourne, but just discontinued that in favor of her main office at the hospital at Calico Rock, so I guess I'll make the drive.
That hospital at Cherokee Village seems to be a lost issue now.

Our investigative trip got canceled for this year. Wife has to have a knee replacement and that will consume all vacation time this year. Hope to make it this time next year to survey the surroundings....It's been nearly ten years since being there and have now idea if things have changed or not. Our place is not to far from Salem but just would think that Baxter Regional would have better facilities.

Oh, I don't think there's any doubt that Baxter Regional would be more full service.
10 years.....yeah, there's been some changes.
We had that F5 tornado that came through doing a bunch of urban renewal, so there's a lot of new stuff on the 4 lane.
There's been quite a bit of growth.
The first upscale subdivision is in, across the 4 lane from Wal Mart. Minmum tract is 3 acres, no animals including horses allowed, the minimum standards for allowable houses price them out of most peoples reach.
They're not flying off the shelves.
There was a huge surge of property sales for awhile. This company, "American Land Company" bought a huge amount of land through HSB, CV, and the counties in general, and started e-baying them.
So there were multiple pages of real estate transactions in the paper for awhile with a lot of foreign name purchasers.
For some reason, I can't see a huge influx of Chinese, Japanese, Paki, Indian, and other nationalities flooding in.
That'd be nice, though.....could be some interesting restaurant offerings.
"Ohayou-gozaimasu...y'all!"
