But it wasn't always the pitts. It was known as billy-goat acres back in the day. Lots of okies and arkies settled there. They have school reunions somewhere in Arkansas. Just thought I would take a shot in the dark and see if anyone knew of BG.

I'll bet the the Okeis and Arkies are still in Bell Gardens They wish they were back in Arkansas. Bell Gardens is just another part of the pits of SoCal. It's so sad it wasn't always that way.
