Sounds like you've got all that and a chip on your shoulder. I didn't say a thing about education and didn't intimate anything about the way people speak. I also never said that all the homes in the area would lack new a/c or fresh insulation. I said it may not be a late model house because there are a lot of older, existing houses in the outlying areas around Pine Bluff. That's not news or an insult, that's just a bit of information to share with someone coming into the area.

Hey there, yelp your right it would be along way, sorry didnt realize what I stumbled into I was just refering if you were working and living it would be a nice place JUST from what I have seen. And knowing of my move to there in just several months. now
