Default real estate in hot springs
How is realestate selling in Hot Springs? I have been told that after the meltdown last month that things are standing still. The real estate lady I am working with said that people are waiting for Obama to get into office and see where things are going. I would think the expanding of the gambling and how hot things were here, that it would pick up here faster than other parts of the country. Any thoughts?

I would love a place there in Hot Springs. Used to visit my Grandparents when I was a kid. It would be cool to find their old place and see if it is available.

Houses are doing fine. Condos on the lake are stalling which is oversupply as much as anything.

Things are still moving. Of course, properties in the upper ranges are moving slower. Properties $200,000 and lower are doing well.
