Default Health Care For Poor Folks

My wife has a sister that does not have insurance & is in poor health because she is trying to care for an ill husband
She badly needs to go to a specialist for, heart & circulation, but can not afford the prescribed medicine if she scrapes up the money for a doctor visit.

Does Arkansas have such things as a Wellness Clinic as we have in Mississippi where indigent folks can get care at a nominal fee ?

If she is indigent, she should qualify for Medicaid. She should go to her local Social Services Dept. and talk to them.

I was just getting ready to advise that when you posted it.
