I would think the best place to start is the Arkansas Department of Labor.

Arkansas Department of Labor

Since it is a right-to-work state, the laws protecting employees are pretty sparse. The Department of Labor can advise you if any laws have been broken by your employer, and what your rights are. They also have a link to attorneys who handle labor cases, and a secondary link if you are low-income. One thing they will tell you is that you will have to be able to clearly document any mistreatment. He-said-she-said cases rarely go the employee's way. Keeping a diary, having copies of any memos, and witnesses to the mistreatment are very important. Good luck.
