Thumbs down Another ice storm next week??

I have heard there might be a chance of another ice storm next week after the cold front and severe weather moves through and drops the temperatures. I sure hope this is not true. I do not want to go through that again.

Not with highs in the upper 60's lower 70's.

However, ya might want to watch for some good thunderstorms Tue/Wed.

RogMar, that's a relief. 2 ice storms in just a couple of weeks is just more than I can handle. Yes, I'm weak lol.

Rogmar beat me to it, I was about to say, look at the weather news on TV, the paper or the computer: yes, rain is very likely as early as Sunday, Thunder storms are predicted and a very slim chance of some snow one day, but overall it is going to be wet and unseasonalbly warm or that is how it appears now.

Don't get too confident. It is not uncommon to have ice storms in March here! Our temps easily go from one extreme to the other, and in a very short time period. The good thing about March ice, and or snow, is that it normally goes off the next day.

when we lived in the DC area the worst or one of the worst snow storms we ever had was toward the end of Feb and in NM we would sometimes have snow in March. One year in DC we had snow on Good Friday, of course it melted within about an hour or so..
