Default Relocating in NW Arkansas

We are relocating in NW Arkansas, we are looking into Fayetteville, Rogers, Bentonville area.
What is the cost of living, property taxes in this area, jobs, what is to know about this area, what is the weather like all year round????

What are the pro & con for this locations?
I appreciate all information that I'll get.

My brother moved to Gravette (near Bentonville) from Minnesota a few years ago and loves it. We've been watching the area for a few years with the idea of eventual retirement down there. NW Arkansas has been a really booming area for awhile, altho I think it's slowed down some in the past year or so. Right now, because of that, it seems like housing prices are really good. Don't know about wages, altho I do know Walmart, Tyson and (I think) JB Hunt Trucking are major employers there. Don't know exact numbers on taxes, altho infinitely better than MN. When we've been there gas prices seem a bit lower than up north and food prices kind of seem to vary depending on how touristy the area is. It's a beautiful area...

Most of what you asked about is factual information that can be answered by the information here:

http://www.city-data.com/city/Fayett...-Arkansas.html
http://www.city-data.com/city/Rogers-Arkansas.html
http://www.city-data.com/city/Bentonville-Arkansas.html

As for the subjective pros and cons, the message threads here are full of both -- like any place else, NWA is paradise for some folks, hell on earth for others. You'll probably get more useful responses if you read through some of the other threads on similar topics and then ask some more specific, focused questions about things you'd like to know more about.
