Well, chances are you're going to need a learned hand anyway.
The usual procedure is, get to know a couple of locals with experience......realtor...building supply guy, whatever, and then bring it up with them.
Every area has their competent help.
Word of warning though, I don't know where you're coming from or what area you have dealt with, but the credo in the south is, "I'll do that tomorrow...if not them, the next day for sure...and if not then, I'll get around to it".
I've had some darn fine work done at my place, and cheap. It usually gets done within a month of when they say they'll do it.
Just about the time you're ready to give up, a crew shows up at 7 in the morning.
When I'm asked, "When do you want this done?", my response is, "When y'all get around to it".
Things work good that way.
