Hi, My family and I will be moving to Paragould Ar. What is your racial population, and what do you recommend. How would you recommend different races in paragould

Paragould is 97% white. It used to be 99.9% white. Different races are tolerated a little more now than they used to be.
Paragould was at one time very notorious for racism, but it's improved some in recent years. People of different races could still have some issues.
Jonesboro, 15 minutes south, is much more diverse, as it's a college town.
